BREWING GUIDE:

HOT:

• Use 70–95°C water; 100–250 ml per serving.
• How to make your water around 85°C (without a thermometer): 
  • Option 1: Boil water, let it rest for 1–2 minutes, then add ½ tsp white tea buds.
  • Option 2: Mix ¼ room‑temperature water with ¾ freshly boiled water, then add ½ tsp white tea.
  • Option 3: Use freshly boiled water, add a piece of frozen fruit, then add ½ tsp white tea.
• Steep for 2–5 minutes, then remove the buds to avoid over‑steeping.
• Enjoy.
• You may re‑steep the buds or keep the steeped buds in the fridge when not in use.
• Discard after 4–5 steeps, or when the color or flavor becomes light.

COLD:

• Fill your glass with ice and add ½ tsp white tea. Refrigerate for 8–10 hours (or overnight).

• When you’re ready to enjoy it, add fresh ice and a squeeze of calamansi or lemon.

• Enjoy.

• You can keep adding ice and water to the tea buds throughout the day to naturally boost the antioxidants in your drink.
