Yellow tea is rare to find outside of China. It requires careful processing to get it right. 

Yellow tea is similar to green tea, except it goes through an extra step in the processing. Yellow tea is wrapped in cloth after fixing (or heating). This process allows the tea leaves to turn yellow and become more fragrant. Our Huoshan Huang Ya is mellow and sweet. It is rich in umami with no astringency. We taste oceanic tones with a hint of fruit in this tea!
